Fast Forward

Challenge level: High

In this very difficult challenge you must have the enter button held down for the entire time you are playing. If you don’t have an extra hand to hold down enter for you, I recommend using a pen, coin, or some tape of some sort to hold the enter key down for you so that you can play.
Then, just survive as long as possible at the high speed.

You can choose any combination of traits and profession you want.

Good luck!

Here is a video of me playing this challenge:

Follow the Leader

When you start this challenge you can choose any trait and profession combination.

You can loot the house you start in.

After leaving the house you must find an NPC.

You must then follow the NPC until he dies. You can loot any houses he enters, but make sure to leave when he does.

You must do your best to protect your NPC.

If he dies you must find a new leader to follow.

Pyromaniac

In this challenge you must do the best you can to light every building on fire. You don’t have to burn them all to the ground, but your character LOVES fire.

You can choose any profession and traits that you want.

You must burn a building down after sleeping in it, if at all possible.

You must die from fire. Or at least die while on fire.

Here is my failed attempt at this challenge:

Bad Chef by manian112

Bob is thinking about cooking some food… But oh-oh! Bob is the worst chef yet seen in this zombie ridden world! Bob just happens to burn all his food… But don’t worry Bob! At least the house is not on fir… Oh… I spoke too early…

Challenge idea-Every time you get the chance to cook your food, cook it… But there is a twist! You have to burn the food down and eat it after it’s rotten for the minimum nutrients!

Challenge extra points-You get extra points if you set a fire on every possible stove and take a picture!

Moodletastic! by warlordpompey

Challenge: Moodletastic!

Take a screenshot (probably moments pre-death) having all non-dead/undead moodles! That means, as of v0.1.5, I believe
Cold
Drunk
Exhausted
Encumbered
Hungover
Hungry (negative moodle only)
Injured
In Pain
Panicked
Sick
Tired
Wet

I’ve not yet managed to get myself hungover in v0.1.5a, so maybe that’s not implemented? Nor bored/unhappy, but I don’t think I’ve spent enough time indoors for that.

I suppose partial credit should be awarded for challenge completions that take first place among “most moodles” until somebody gets them all.

Soboh Husam gets early credit for 7 / 14: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3592

Anton Terrible: aka Incompetent for Survival

Both me and davebat521 came up with this idea at the same time. He made a thread about it here. This is my version, it only varies slightly from his because it tells you what profession you have to choose.

This is a sandbox mode challenge, so you must have the full version to play it.

Pick the Security Guard profession.

Take all of the negative traits.

Take none of the positive traits.

See how long you can survive.

Here are a couple of youtube videos I made doing this challenge:

Most dead zombies on the screen at once by thesleeve

OK kids, I’m setting the bar really low here. I wanted to go out in a blaze of glory so I rushed a horde with a full shotgun. I kept killing them in the same spot, so the bodies just kept piling up. By my best count, I killed at least 200 in the intersection between the alley and the road here, but all the bodies kept piling up so you can’t really see the depth of the body pile. There were also many of them in the alley (you can tell by the giant blood stains on the wall) but they’re out of my line of sight.

I imagine you could slowly back away while firing, leaving a giant swath of dead bodies in your wake. I bet somebody can totally out-do this. I want to see some pics that put mine to shame, POST HASTE! GO!

Zombie Beacon by Reyn

Few rules, should be simple enough to follow:

1) Finish the tutorial. Get that shotgun.

2)Every day, use up 3 shells(or more).

3)The first 3 shells of the day should be at a time interval of at least 1 hour.

Difficulty: Borderline Hardcore.

And that’s about it. Screens can’t really cover this, so the only ones that are credible are videos.
Note: This doesn’t stop people lazy or unwilling to capture it on video to simply write the amount of time survived. Just be truthful.
